These details help us understand the job from the first message. General contractors: include the project name and the bid or start date too.
- Size. The building’s width, length and eave height (the height of the side walls).
- Location. The town, and anything about site access.
- The building package. Whether it’s already bought, and from which manufacturer.
- Foundation. Whether it’s poured and the anchor bolts are set.
- Timing. When you’d like erection to start.
- Drawings. Whether erection or building drawings are available.
